To ensure that your return or exchange is processed quickly, please follow the instructions below when preparing to return your items to us:
-DO NOT return any cut or partially smoked cigars. Defective merchandise must be in a condition where they can be sent back to the manufacturer. Partially smoked cigars will contaminate the remainder of your shipment. If returns are received in less than adequate condition, our Returns Department reserves the right to refuse the package and/or deny or pro-rate your credit accordingly.
-Please pack the cigars securely in a clean, odor-free carton suitable for shipping.
-Enclose your original invoice in the carton, if possible.
-Indicate, on the outside of your package, that the shipment is a RETURN. In the address field, indicate the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number you have been provided. eg. Attn: Returns RMA #121
