Order Status
How do I change/cancel my order?
  Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site, then click on the Change quantities / cancel orders link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to manage your orders, payments, and other information, all in one place. To see the status of your current order, click on the Review orders/track packages option.

You can also use the Orders link at the bottom of our site, under the My Account column, to review your entire order history.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information (if applicable) within 24-48 hours of shipment.
How do I track my order?
  Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site, then click on the Review orders/track packages option.

If your order has shipped, the 'Order Status' will reflect Shipped and the tracking number (if applicable) for your shipment will be reflected in your 'Order Details' information screen and a link (if applicable) will be present that will enable you to Track Your Package through the carrier's web site.
My order never arrived.
  Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site, then click on the Review orders/track packages option to verify that all of the items in your order have shipped already.

If you order displays your package Tracking Number(s), check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "Delivered", but you have not received them, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Customer Service contact information/options can be accessed by clicking on the Contact Us link located the top left hand side of our site. You can also use the Contact Us link at the bottom of our site, under the Customer Service column, to review your entire order history.
An item is missing from my shipment.

How are 'out of stock' items handled?
  Items in our store can be ordered when they are not 'in stock". When an item is out of stock, Availability: Back Order, Availability:Pre-Order or Availability: In Stock Soon. will be displayed in the item's Product Description.

Back Order, indicates that the item is on order from our supplier, but we are unable to predict when they will have more in stock.

Pre-Order, indicates that a newly released item is on order from our supplier, but we are unable to predict when they will ship the item to us.

In Stock Soon, indicates that the item is on order from our supplier, and we anticipate having the item in stock within the next few weeks.

For Back Order and In Stock Soon items:

If some of the item(s) you have ordered is/are out of stock, we will notify you before completing the processing of your payment. With your permission, we will process your entire payment and ship those items that are immediately available. Your back-ordered items will be shipped separately, at no additional cost, once they are back in stock.

If all of the item(s) you have ordered is/are out of stock, we will place your order on hold. We will process your payment and ship your order once all of the items on your order are available. This may require you to return to the site, upon notification, and re-enter your payment information.

Pre-Order and Special Order items require full payment at the time the order is placed. If your order contains items that are "in stock". we will ship those items that are immediately available. Your back-ordered items will be shipped separately, at no additional cost, once they are back in stock.

In Stock Soon and Pre-Order items are processed in the order they are received.
