Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Sales tax will be collected (Travis/Williamson County ~ 8.25%) for all orders shipped to an address in the State of Texas. All other duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to manage your orders, payments, and other information, all in one place. To see details for your current order, click on the Review orders/track packages option.

You can also use the Orders link at the bottom of our site, under the My Account column, to review and compare your order history on our website, with your financial records.

Customer Service contact information/options can be accessed by clicking on the Contact Us link located the top left hand side of our site. You can also use the Contact Us link at the bottom of our site, under the Customer Service column, to review your entire order history.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  Click the My Account link at the top right hand side of our site to manage your orders, payments, and other information, all in one place. To print an invoice for your current order, click on the Review orders/track packages option.

You can also use the Orders link at the bottom of our site, under the My Account column, to review your entire order history and print historical invoices.
When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
