Shipping and Returns
What are your shipping policies?
  Standard Shipping Policies

Due to FAA regulations, lighters must be shipped via ground parcel services. Express shipping is not available.

Shipments to PO Boxes, FPO, APO, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Upgrade options are not available. Insurance charges may be applied

Over-sized merchandise and other shipments may require additional shipping charges. You will be notified by a member of our team regarding additional charges before your payment is processed

When calculating delivery times, holidays and weekends should NOT be included

Due to effect of provisions of H.B. 88 on Chapter 388, Title 16.5-101(h) of the Laws of Maryland: 'The purchase or sale of OTP by mail or over the internet is prohibited'. We are unable to fulfill orders to customers with shipping addresses within the State of Maryland.

Note: Maryland State Comptroller, Peter Franchot, has issued a letter indicating that he would not be enforcing this provision. As such, shipments to Maryland have resumed pending any future action reversing this decision.

Shipping Address

All orders require both a Billing Address and a Shipping Address to be entered/selected during the Checkout process. In order to protect ourselves and our customers from fraud, all first orders must be shipped to the billing address corresponding with the payment method used.

Carrier Restrictions

All United Parcel Service (UPS) orders require a signature to confirm delivery. UPS reserves the right to refuse dropping off (without a signature) any packages suspected of containing tobacco products, if being delivered to a residence.

FedEx Tobacco prohibits the shipment of tobacco products to consumers/residences. In accordance with FedEx Terms and Conditions tobacco products will only be shipped via FedEx to a valid business address of a licensed tobacco dealer or distributor (Wholesale Orders only).

How much is my shipping?
  The shipping options available for your order will be displayed,and can be estimated in Your Cart. After verifying your account information, you will be asked to Choose Your Shipping Method. Once your selection has been made, your cart will automatically re-calculate your Order Total to include Shipping and Handling charges.

Other Shipping Options

For your convenience, we may offer additional/upgraded FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping options at checkout.

The carrier and shipping method for Free Shipping options will be made at our discretion. 

I received the wrong product.
  We double and triple check your order before it is packaged and shipped, but mistakes happen. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.

What is your return policy?
  No sale is ever final. If you are dissatisfied with your shipment, for any reason, we want to make it right. Please consult the following Returns and Exchanges guidelines for our standard policies regarding credit for returned merchandise:

Tobacco Products

Box/Bundle
-Full credit and the original outbound shipping charges will be refunded if the complete, unopened box is returned.
-Full credit, less shipping charges will be refunded if the box has been opened and no more than one (1) cigar has been consumed.
-If more than one (1) cigar has been consumed, pro-rata credit will be given for the remaining cigars.
Packs/Singles
-Samplers and Packs of cigars must be in new/unopened condition to receive full credit.
-Credit will be determined on a case-by-case basis if packs have been opened and for quality issues with single cigars.

Non-Tobacco Products

Accessory and merchandise returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full credit. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item.

Additional Information

The return process for tobacco products should be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving your order. If your merchandise is not returned within the given time frame we may deny credit or reduce your credit to account for a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping will always be refunded in the cases of missing, wrong or damaged merchandise. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will generally issue you a coupon code for Free Shipping on your next order.

The return policy, generally, does not apply to 'free goods'. Orders returned without any 'free goods' which accompanied the original order may receive a reduced credit to account for these items.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Please review How do I return an item? and contact Customer Service before you ship anything back to us.

A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained from a member of our team prior to initiating your return.
