I ordered the BA Intrigue but actually wanted a box of the EC Charity. Upon realizing my mistake I emailed them. Skip emailed me back almost immediately from Nicaragua. He told me no problem he would get it corrected. He forwarded it on to Angela who took care of everything. The correct box got mailed out the same day.
I got it a couple of days later. Perfect.

The EC Charity is a fantastic cigar. Smooth with great flavor. My perfect goto am cigar. Everyone I have had has smoked perfectly! Thank you to Skip and Angela! A great cigar made by great people! You have earned a loyal customer! Thank you!
