Bóveda (pronounced Boa-va-dah) is Humidipak’s two-way humidity control technology specifically designed for desktop humidors.

Bóveda is available in four different RH levels—65, 69, 72 and 75 percent—allowing consumers, for the first time, to choose their desired RH level based on the type of cigars they smoke and/or the moisture-barier qualities of the humidor. For example, a humidor that doesn't hold moisture very well may need a higher humidity level just to compensate for the higher moisture loss.

Simply place the correct number of Bóveda packets inside your humidor to maintain a precise relative humidity. Each Bóveda packet consists of a specially prepared saturated solution of pure water and natural salt. This saturated solution is contained within a water-vapor permeable “reverse osmosis” membrane. Within a closed desktop humidor Bóveda maintains a predetermined level of (RH) by releasing or absorbing purified water-vapor—as needed—through the membrane.

Bóveda provides the cleanest and most purified humidity of all other products available on the market today.

For Wood Humidors: The actual RH will be held at a constant level of one to four points lower than the level stated on the packet, depending on the barrier properties and/or quality of the humidor.

For Sealed Containers (Travel Humidors and Poly Bags): The actual RH will be held at precisely 65%.

Note: An RH of 72% is recommended for all Adrians Maduro, Havana and Connecticut Cigars.
